FILEPART is a temporary file associated with WinSCP application for Windows. WinSCP is an open-source FTP, SFTP, SCP, and FTPS client.

FILEPART files are created during transfer of files from servers and store partially downloaded files. After download is finished, FILEPART extension is replaced with files’ original extension.
