File with a .FRF extension contains an arrangement of a report document – its structure and boxes that can be filled. Such files were generated with the free FreeReport software or its libraries.

FreeReport (currently substituted with FastReport) enables creation of reports on the basis of templates built into a C++ or Delphi application. The newer version utilises files with the FR3 extension (used for forms creation).
