ISA file extension is used by Adobe ImageReady software tool included with older versions of Adobe Photoshop suite. ImageReady is a bitmap image editing program.

ISA files are used to store so-called actions performed by users working with ImageReady. Action is a type of macro command that allows automating certain operations performed by the program which can be launched with a single mouse click. ImageReady and ISA format are considered obsolete.
