MLG files are associated with Log Viewer, an application included with IBM Communications Server package. The software was developed by IBM as easy and secure data management solution for small- and medium-size companies.

MLG files store information about data sent on the network using dedicated protocol developed by IBM. Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert binary data stored in MLG files to a format that could be read by a third-party tools.
