MPB files store information in binary format used by MyPhoneExplorer developed by Fj Software. Software for creating MPB is free with donation option.
MPB file format store backup copy of SMS and contact data. The format was initally developed or older Sony Ericsson, but during the process it gained Android support. Data can be stored on users computer and restored on phone if needed. MyPhoneExplorer offers option to synchronize data with such applications as Outlook or Thunderbird.
