MVM is a multimedia slideshow file format used by MAGIX PhotoStory on DVD application. MAGIX AG, developer of Photostory, periodically releases new versions with added functionality or image filters (applies to Deluxe and Travel Editions).

MVM files store slideshows created using photos and movies. MVM files can also contain added audio tracks, transition effects, text, applied image filters, or additional graphical elements.
