Files with MXC3 store thumbnail cache data and are associated with Magix Photo Manager software. MXC3 files are used for generating image previews.

MXC3 files don’t determine the final form of images created using Magix Photo Manager, but only speed up the process of loading edited images. Depending on the installed versions of Magix Photo Manager, MXC3 files are automatically recreated after they have been deleted by user.
