NMM is a file extensions associated with older versions of 3D Movie Maker software. NMN was the predecessor of 3MM format. NMN files were used for storing 3D video data.

NMM format was replaced by 3MM with the release of Nickelodeon 3DMM addon for 3D Movie Maker. Besides introducing 3MM format, the program also started to support VMM files.
