NPP is an extension characteristic of files used by the software for creating digital publications called Art Explosion Publisher Pro. NPP files are files that store works made in the program. They can contain text, graphics, and formatting information for individual document and page elements.

NPP projects can be created from scratch or based on the extensive template library available in the program.
