SPL7 is a file format used by sPlan, a software tool for creating diagrams, schemes, and electrical circuit designs.

SPL7 files store project created with sPlan. The format can also be used to provide templates for various projects. SPL7 is the successor to SPL format used in earlier version of sPlan (version older than 7.0). SPL7 files are also supported by sPlan Viewer application.
