TFL is an older file format associated with Tific platform client. Tific clients were typically installed on workstations connected to a shared local network creating a workgroup.

TFL files were designed to store data generated by Tific client and as a means of connecting to remote servers. Tific software is no longer supported and the existing installations are basically defunct and obsolete.
