TWF file extension is used for files generated by ArcView, a basic version of ArcGIS package for visualizing, managing, and analyzing geographic data.
TWF files store spatial coordinates used for generating TIF images for visualization. TWF files store data in ASCII plain text organized in 6 rows, each filled with a number value. The fields represent X and Y coordinates, rotation about X and Y axis, and X- and Y-reference points.
