WPF is the file extension associated with the WordPerfect Advanced Text Editor. The WPF file is used by the form storage program. Such a file contains defined fields that are to be filled in by the user or also used to be filled in from a data source, e.g. for a mail merge.

WordPerfect is a tool developed by Corel. Currently, it is a component of the Corel WordPerfect Office suite.
