XZM is a package format used by some Linux systems to install or uninstall programs. Contents of ZXM package can be added to the system by double-clicking the file – system will automatically add files to appropriate directories. Removing programs is analogous.
XZM package typically contains several LZMA2-compressed files. XZM files are similar to ZIP files. The format is commonly used by 32-bit and 64-bit Porteus operating system and Slackware Linux distribution.
