DPD is a file format used by now-discontinued desktop publishing software Ovation Pro for Windows systems. DPD documents were popular among both professionals and enthusiasts.

Ovation Pro was created by David Pilling and featured advanced tools for managing fonts, graphics, and styles. DPD documents supported OLE objects and cliparts, and shipped with a built-in scripting language based on C as well as an interactive Help system. Ovation Pro supported drag-and-drop editing and a spell checking function.
