DVD is a settings file used by SlySoft CloneCD for burning discs. DVD file are typically very small taking only as much as few bytes of disk space, and are not necessary during disc burning process.

SlySoft CloneCD is no longer developed and supported. CloneCD allowed users to copy optical discs, including ones protected with anti-piracy solutions. The tool was released in 2001 and was some years later forced to be discontinued for legal reasons.
