EST is a document file that contains information regarding streets and route maps created by gegraphical information systems (GIS) developed by firmę Microsoft in 2012. EST files can hold various data related to trip planning and technical information about the map and fonts used.

EST maps are only available for North America, although Microsoft decided to release similar European version some time later. Both versions ceased to be supported in 2015.
