File with a .SLDASM extension contains a 3D project created by putting together SolidWorks Parts – files with the SLDPRT extension.

SLDASM files are created in the SolidWorks CAD software and they can be displayed in Adobe Acrobat 3D or Acrobat Pro up to 9th version.
