Files with the .SNB extension contain digital publications – namely eBooks, formatted for use by the Chinese online reader by the name of Bambook. Bambook is currently also known and available in the United States – it was created by Nut Shell Electronics.

Since it is a format unique to the software, very few other e-book readers support it – however, it can be converted to a more standardized eBook file, for example and .EPUB file or a document.
