TP is a DVR file used by discontinued software Beyond TV. Latest version of this application was released in 2010. Beyond TV was available for Windows operating system and required a TV tuner card for recording videos.

TP files can store analog or high-resolution videos of satellite and cable TV signals. TP format uses automatic signal error correction algorithm to ensure target video quality.
