VFS is an archive format used by three computer games of the UFO franchise. The games were released in 2003-2007 Czech game developer Altar Games, which no longer exists.

VFS archives contains compressed game files, such as textures, models, audio samples, scripts, or game settings. VFS files can be extracted with WinRAR to access maps used in the game. Most resources stored in VFS archives cannot be edited.
