VSPF is an extension given to files associated with the Microsoft Visual Studio integrated development environment. VSPF are files used to store performance filters. The information from these files is used when testing applications developed in Visual Studio.

VSPFs are also known as rule files. They contain at least one rule that allows you to test programs for performance. This solution allows you to generate performance reports saved in VSP or VSPX files.
