What is a FRP file?
FRP digital form files are created by PerForm and FormFlow software programs developed by Derlina for Windows 3.1 systems.
Derlina was bought by Symantec, a the division responsible for digital forms was sold to JetForms (later renamed Accetico). Some time later Acctico was bought by Adobe Systems, and in 2004 the company decided to stop developing digital forms technology.

Is there one way to open unknown files?
Many files contain only simple text data. It is possible that while opening unknown files (e.g. FRP) with a simple text editor like Windows Notepad will allow us to see some of the data encoded in the file.
