What is a P7E file?
P7E is a file format associated with a software application for storing data in a secure manner using special certificates, developed by SecureSoft. Encrypted P7E containers can be created using a program called File Encryptor available for Windows platforms.
In order to decrypt P7E file, a File Decryptor program must be used. File Decryptor supports both P7E and P7M formats. SecureSoft’s application is paid software aimed at small- and mid-sized businesses.
