What is a YDR file?
YDR is a document files that store replay data for Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos card game series. YDR files can be opened by either of three game editions released between 2003 and 2004: Yugi The Destiny, Kaiba The Revenge, and Joey The Passion.
YDR file format is native to games based on Japanese anime Yu-Gi-Oh!, and collectible card game of the same name. Official game products and tokens are manufactured by Konami. The game features mystical warriors fighting evil forces that manifest themselves in form of various creatures.

How to associate the file with an installed software?
If you want to associate a file with a new program (e.g. my-file.YDR) you have two ways to do it. The first and the easiest one is to right-click on the selected YDR file. From the drop-down menu select "Choose default program", then click "Browse" and find the desired program. The whole operation must be confirmed by clicking OK. The second and more difficult to do is associate the YDR file extension to the corresponding software in the Windows Registry.
