Files with EBP extension are associated with Windows Mobile and Windows CE. EBP format was developed exclusively for mobile devices running under Windows Mobile and CE mobile operating systems. Windows Mobile and CE are no longer supported by Microsoft.

EBP should not be opened, edited, or converted manually by users as they store system data and may be necessary for the systems to function properly, so they should not be removed from the system.
