KDS is a file format used by media player called KD Player. The application was designed for mobile devices and embedded systems. KDS files are utilized by media player for defining visual layout and components of program’s user interface.

Data stored in KDS file defince visual aspects of application and use KDI files (so called ‘skins’). KDS is a text file that stores information related to application’s user interface settings.
