VPE is a graphics file containing created vanishing points. VPE file format is used by Adobe Photoshop, a tool for editing raster graphics. VPE files allow for converting 2D images into 3D format.

After Effects software can be used to add depth to the image. The program allows user to edit lighting or add various effects to create a 3D image. VPE is a proprietary format available only in Adobe package.
