File with a .VSP extension contains data of a video project – references to multimedia files used in the project and video’s timeline along with its settings and imposed effects. It used to save and load video projects within the VideoStudio software.

VideoStudio is a program used to create slide shows and videos, developed by Ulead, which was acquired by Corel in the year 2006. A VSP project, after being processed, can be stored on a DVD or Blue-Ray, or exported into standard movie formats – AVI, MOV, MTS.
