Files with the MRB extension are used to store bitmap images. One MRB file can contain many of the same images but with different resolutions. Technically, the content of an MRB file is usually several BMP images.

MRB are files most often created by bitmap compilers attached to tools that are used to create applications in the C and C ++ programming languages. Due to their structure, such files can reach considerable sizes.
