PIE is a generic script file designed to work with external controllers. PIE files are created using free software GlovePIE. The peripheral device emulation software is available only for Windows platforms.
PIE scripts can be used to emulate any kind of input , including various types of joysticks, Wii Remote, or special gloves equipped with motion sensors. The scripts may also be used to map keyboard buttons to the controllers. Using PIE scripts may cause some input delays.
