PRS is the format used by an older presentation tool called Harvard Graphics. PRS is a file that stored the presentation made in the program. Such a document consisted of slides on which you could place text and graphics and import materials made in other applications (e.g. graphs).

Harvard Graphics is a program that remembered the times of MS-DOS, but it was also available under Windows. Currently, the PRS format is rarely used and is considered obsolete.
