RMD is a file format used by REDICINE-X, a video editing software for RED camera devices. RMD files store metadata for video parameters such as color or sharpness used during editing.

Settings in RMD files are related to R3D video files. RED digital cameras are also supported by a popular application tool called Adobe Premiere which can be used to open REDICINE-X document files.
