File with an .OFT extension contains email templates – formatted page layout, fonts, backgrounds, colours stored in format specific for Microsoft Outlook. OFT files can be created by saving a given message as an Outlook Template.

OFT format enables creating multiple messages with the same style and similar appearance. It also enables saving an MS Outlook form, which initiates a script after being opened.
