SFW is a file extension that is used by Seattle Film Works formerly known as Photo Works. These files are used to store bitmap images. SFW is a proprietary graphics format.

SFW files can be converted to other graphic formats, e.g. to the more common JPG, using the SFW2JPG or American Greetings SFW & PWP File Converter programs.
