SGN files are used by Sierra Print Artist, a DOS application developed in the 1990s. SGN files were used to store calendars, business cards, gift cards, and other stationery designs with the option to print them.
Sierra Print Artist program is used to this day. The project is developed and maintained by Nova Development, and the current version is 25. There are two types of license offered by the developer, which cost 30 USD and 50 USD, respectively.
