Files with the .TTS extension contain ToolBook application settings, such as source database format and supported languages. The files enable configuration of LMS applications to support multilingual presentations, similarly to INI files.
The files are used by the Toolbar Translation System tool, TTS for short, which is used to provide localization for the ToolBook Learning Management System software.
