XnView

XnView is an image viewer, which supports more than 500 different file formats. XnView also offers a function to convert files into some 70 different format (different file extensions). Additionally, the application offers basic image editing capabilities, such as image resizing, contrast correction, various image filters, GIF image creator, etc.
