File with an .ARX extension contains a component for the AutoCAD application, created in the Autodesk’s ObjectARX environment. SDK enables to create extensions, changes and additional functions for the Autodesk software using object-oriented programming languages: C ++, C # and VB.NET.
The AutoCAD software utilising this extensions is used to create 2 and 3D projects and for engineering. In order for an extension created in the SDK ObjectARX environment to be compatible with a given version of AutoCAD, versions of both programs have to be compliant.
