ATS (Advanced ETL Transformation Script) is a file format for storing ETL Processor scripts. ETL Processor is a software tool that allows users to extract information from various files, such as text documents (for example, XLS or DOC documents) or XML-formatted data files. Extracted data are automatically uploaded to a database, which types is defined by the user. ATS typically store rules for data readers and extractors.
