DLC file stores set of links used by JDownloader, a internet download management tool. DLC files contain subsequent parts of larger data archive (PART files).

DLC standard not only supports downloading multiple links simultaneously, but also uses robust encryption method. The method in based on client-server model where files are processed locally and keys are distributed over the network.
