DTF files are associated with ACDSee image viewer and are used for storing thumbnail images to speed up preview image loading process.

Files with DTF suffix can be safely deleted as they will be automatically recreated by ACDSee, given that appropriate options has been activated in the program. DTF files are not compatible with other image viewers.
