File with a .DXP extension contains a list of files, catalogues and information on paths and sizes of target files which are to be recorded on a disc, stored in a format based on XML.

Software which utilises DXP files is the CDBurnerXP, which is used to record music or data CDs. Compilation for music discs is stored in the AXP format.
