EMI is a small document file that contains data required to properly run Pocket Tanks, a logic puzzle computer game. EMI files were first used by Pocket Tanks when the game was released in 2001 for Windows systems, and was later ported to Mac OS. Pocket Tanks is now available for iOS and Android mobile operating systems.

Pocket Tanks was developed by BitWise Productions LLC. EMI files have HEX checksum value of 4F 51 4E 51 57 15 09 4A 3F 5D 50 4C 3D 4C 46. EMI file cannot be converted into other formats and has no usage beside storing data used by the game.
