FUSE_HIDDEN is a temporary file used by Samba, a file sharing and interoperability suite for Microsoft Windows and Unix-like systems.

FUSE_HIDDEN files are generated by Samba while sharing files between hosts. FUSE_HIDDEN files store not data of any importance to users. That being said, it is not advised to delete such files manually as it may prevent Samba from working properly. Samba automatically removes no longer needed FUSE_HIDDEN files.
