JMP is an extension of files characteristic for the JMP software package for the implementation of business intelligence processes (business analytics). JMP files are used to store statistical data processed by the software. The structure of such a file most often resembles a data table, where each column stores data of a specific type. Data from JMP files can be imported and exported by the program.

JMP tools were developed by SAS Institute for operating systems issued by Microsoft and Apple.
