NBZ is a backup file format associated with ArcSoft Total Media Backup & Record software package. The software is no longer supported and effectively obsolete due to insufficient and subpar security and lack of many standard features.

NBZ files store data backup copies created by users. Total Media Backup & Record was is available for Windows XP. The tool is capable of saving backup copies directly to CD/DVD (including Dual Layer).
