PP file is a file created with Pocket Physics software, and saved in XML format. Pocket Physics is a software dedicated for Nintendo DS game console. Program data is stored in NDS file format.

PP file contains user-created graphical objects organized using simple data structure. Objects can have animations added to them, for example to recreate actual relations between objects and their environments. Objects can be described by using properties such as mass, density, momentum, translation, kinetic energy, gravity. PP files are stored on the device in /data/pocketphysics/sketches/Nintendo DS directory.
