PZF file format is used by GraphPad Prism programming tool. PZF is a project file used by default by Prism version 5, though newer version also support this format. PZF files store graphs, analysis data, statistics, and tables.

PZF were primarily used in various science branches, such as biology, medicine, farmacy, and, later, in human sciences. Currently the PZFX format is considered standard, but PZF files are still popular due to smaller file size.
