VTS files are associated with VTune software developed by Intel. VTune is a system monitoring program available for Windows and Linux platforms (32-bit and 64-bit).

VTS files store results of performance tests and system event logs. VTune application supports such programming languages as C, C++, Java, Python, OpenCL, and many more. Vtune can also analyze performance of AMD processors, however it works best with Intela products.
